加州尔湾 ---- 5月24日中午，光谱教育举办2026届毕业生午餐交流会，邀请即将步入大学的毕业生、高中学生及家长共同参与，通过轻松交流与经验分享，帮助学生更好地完成从高中到大学的过渡。

活动中，Lisa老师围绕“大学前必须了解的关键事项”展开分享，包括录取后需要完成的重要步骤、大学选课注意事项，以及进入大学后如何更好适应全新的学习与生活节奏。她还结合实际案例，与学生们交流了时间管理、社交适应、学术写作以及面试准备等大学阶段常见的问题与挑战。

此外，Lisa老师也特别介绍了许多学生容易忽略的大学资源，例如实习机会如何寻找、海外交换项目如何申请，以及科研机会通常通过哪些渠道获取，希望帮助学生更主动地规划大学生活与未来发展。

Sophia老师则结合自己在UC大学系统的亲身就读经历，分享了关于大学学术资源、科研项目、就业与实习机会、海外交换项目以及校园生活等方面的真实体验，让学生们对大学生活有了更加具体的认识。

活动最后，现场毕业生也受邀与学弟学妹们分享自己高中阶段最宝贵的学习经验与难忘的活动经历。大家坦诚交流了在申请、选课、时间安排以及课外活动中的收获与遗憾，也分享了“如果重来一次，最想避开的坑”和最希望送给学弟学妹们的建议。现场交流氛围轻松活跃，不少同学表示，通过这样的互动，对未来大学生活与个人规划有了更清晰的方向。

Irvine CA ---- On May 24 2026, Spectrum Education Group hosted a lunch gathering for the Class of 2026, bringing together graduating students, high school students, and parents for a casual afternoon of sharing experiences and advice about the transition from high school to college.

During the event, Ms. Lisa talked about important things students should know before starting college. She also shared practical advice on time management, social life, academic writing, and interview preparation. In addition, Lisa introduced many useful college resources that students often overlook, such as how to find internships, apply for study abroad programs, and explore research opportunities. 

Ms.Sophia also shared her personal experience studying in the UC system, giving students a closer look at academic resources, research opportunities, internships, exchange programs, and campus life.

Graduating seniors were invited to share their own high school experiences with younger students. They talked honestly about what they learned from classes, extracurricular activities, applications, and time management. Many also shared their most sincere advice for younger students preparing for college.
