At the recently concluded 2025 VEX Robotics U.S. Open Championship, Chen, a 11th-grade student from the Spectrum Education Group and the TVT Community Day School, led his team to victory as they claimed the tournament's overall championship title. As team captain, he played an fundamental role in guiding his team through a highly competitive field, bringing pride and honor to both his school and the broader community.

The VEX U.S. Open is one of the largest and most prestigious high school robotics competitions in the country, drawing hundreds of top-tier teams from across the United States. The competition challenges students not only in engineering and programming, but also in collaboration, strategic thinking, and real-time problem solving under pressure.

As the leader and core strategist of his team, Chen demonstrated exceptional leadership, resilience, and tactical insight.
