橙县,加州 ---- 3月13日上午，光谱教育组织学生们去前往前往奥兰治海岸学院参加由宪法权利基金会（橙县分会）组织的第41届橙县职业论坛日。该论坛是橙县面向高中生的重要职业探索活动之一，每年都会吸引来自全县多所学校的学生参与。今年活动共有近 1000名高中生齐聚校园，通过一系列职业讲座与互动工作坊，深入探索未来职业发展和了解就业景。

本届论坛共设置 21场不同主题的Workshop（职业工作坊），邀请来自各行各业的专业人士、大学教授以及社区代表分享经验。学生们接触到了多个行业领域，包括 执法与公共安全、医学、工程、建筑、时尚产业 等。演讲嘉宾结合自身经历，介绍行业发展趋势、职业路径以及相关专业所需技能，并通过现场交流与问答，让学生更直观地了解不同职业的实际工作内容。

除了介绍不同的行业，论坛还安排了一些 实用的职场技能分享。例如求职面试技巧、如何提升沟通能力以及如何进行职业规划等。参加活动的光谱教育学生表示，通过与来自不同领域的专业人士交流，对未来的职业选择有了更清晰的认识，也激发了进一步学习和探索新领域的兴趣。

Orange County，CA — On March 13, Spectrum Education organized a group of students to attend the 41st Annual Orange County Career Forum Day, hosted by the Constitutional Rights Foundation at Orange Coast College. This forum stands as one of Orange County’s premier career exploration events for high school students, drawing participants from numerous schools across the county each year. 

The forum of this year featured 21 workshops covering a wide range of industry, bringing together professionals university professors, and community representatives to share their expertise. Students were exposed to various professional fields, including law enforcement and public safety, medicine, engineering, architecture, and the fashion industry... Drawing upon their own experiences, guest speakers outlined industry trends, career pathways, and the specific skills required for related professions. Through interactions and Q&A sessions, they provided students with a firsthand understanding of the actual day-to-day work involved in different careers.

In addition, the forum also included sessions dedicated to practical workplace skills such as job interview tips, strategies for enhancing communication skills and effective career planning. Students from Spectrum Education who attended the event believed it was a great opportunity for them to gain a clearer picture on their future career options and felt inspired to pursue further learning and explore new fields.
